About Us

Our founders Ryan Gibbs and Aaron Grant have worked with Local Authorities across London since 2015. Having provided accommodation for over 200 residents across many Boroughs, they decided to branch into Supported living.  Aaron and Ryan established Solving Homes in 2020 and gained CQC registration in January 2022.

Since then, the company has grown from strength to strength and a large team of highly skilled support workers has been established.

Solving Homes has quickly gained a reputation for being one of the highest quality care providers in London and Kent, with a specialism in caring for individuals with complex care needs.

The bar is set high for what can be achieved. My son enjoys drawing, cooking and growing vegetables, and independent shopping, as well as his sports and the gym. All of his carers want to learn more about his condition - autism, and how to help him to express himself and to regulate his emotions.

The management have been very quick to put in place imaginative solutions to things which could be improved and to listen to parental feedback. There are several avenues for getting in touch with managers and expressing views, either in a quick text or verbal format, or by emailing or having a meeting. The management are very open to being contacted and receiving suggestions.

My son has been living in Solving Homes supported living for over a year now. It was a big change in his life after living in the family home for so long. Solving homes have listened to his needs and I’m very happy with his progress and their care provided.
