About Us
Our founders Ryan Gibbs and Aaron Grant have worked with Local Authorities across London since 2015. Having provided accommodation for over 200 residents across many Boroughs, they decided to branch into Supported living. Aaron and Ryan established Solving Homes in 2020 and gained CQC registration in January 2022. Since then, the company has grown from strength to strength and a large team of highly skilled support workers has been established. Solving Homes has quickly gained a reputation for being one of the highest-quality care providers in London and Kent, with a specialism in caring for individuals with complex care needs.

Vision & Mission
We are determined to continue pushing our quality of care. Let’s take a look at what we have been working on and what our future plans are.
Our Vision
Solving Homes was founded in January 2015 by founders Ryan Gibbs and Aaron Grant. We have grown rapidly to become South London’s specialist-supported living provider for service users with complex care needs. We are determined to continue to push boundaries and create unique and innovative ways to provide care. Our values rest on 4 pillars – integrity, honesty, compassion and quality.
Our Mission
- To provide safe and inspiring support for people who have complex care needs.
- To provide support in safe, modern homes.
- To support, empower and enable people with disabilities to live their lives to the fullest. We believe that all people should have the opportunity to live meaningful lives. We support people to have the power, authority and resources to control their own lives.
- To be a social organization. To be embedded in the community, in local networks and use multi faceted resources to provide the best care.
